Siroko, a leading brand in the sports fashion sector, is looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist - Central & Northern Europe to join our Influencer Marketing team. We are committed to growth and inspiring others, and we want your talent to help us achieve that.
What are we looking for?
A person with strong communication skills, goal-oriented, and eager to bring value to the Influencer Marketing department.
What will your duties be?
* Be part of our Influencer Marketing team, supporting all campaigns with Central and Northern Europe influencers, from research to analysis of collaborations.
* Work closely with affiliates, monitor existing accounts to optimize and increase revenue, and communicate with new and existing affiliates about upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.
* Develop business and sales strategies to enhance the affiliate program. Manage negotiations with affiliates and/or representative agencies and close deals.
* Enhance existing relationships by introducing new services and products.
* Loyalty building and personalized attention to our ambassadors.
* Conduct new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, data sources and emails.
* Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner.
* Attend ambassador events.
* Manage brand content, create briefings for our ambassadors with a focus on audio-visual content.
* Coordinate work with other areas of the company for the execution of content on social networks.
* Obtain photographic and video content through influencer marketing.
* Monitor and track content KPIs.
* Knowledge or practice in any sport is a plus.
Requirements
* At least 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing and managing e-commerce audiovisual content. Taste for audiovisual content is important for brand publications and negotiations with affiliates.
* English or Spanish – C2
* German, Dutch or Danish – C1/C2
* Knowledge of the culture of Northern and Central Europe.
* Advanced level of Microsoft Office.
* Strong soft skills: commercial and negotiation abilities, productive, team player, organized and decisive.
