About the Role
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles, including software engineering, cloud, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Execute active sourcing strategies across multiple channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with current and future business needs.
- Conduct structured interviews and collaborate with technical teams to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from first contact to offer stage.
Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, understanding business priorities and translating them into effective hiring strategies.
- Provide market insights, talent availability analysis, and recommendations to support workforce planning.
- Influence stakeholders, manage expectations, and guide decision-making with a consultative approach.
- Participate in business discussions to anticipate talent needs and proactively propose recruitment solutions.
Process Management & Optimisation
- Track and analyse recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, conversion rates, quality of hire) to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Leverage technology and automation tools—including AI platforms such as Copilot or ChatGPT—to streamline workflows. xsgfvud
