Backed by a comprehensive global service and distribution network, the company supports customers across various industrial and agricultural sectors. /p pb Key Responsibilities: /b /pulli Attending daily meetings and all Pipeline meetings of assigned region and submitting daily meeting reports and weekly pipeline minutes. /lili Follow up for the Support requested by Sales Person /lili Customer -Check all customer entries are accurate and on Zoomlion standard /lili Visits - Check all visits records are as per requirement. /lili Update Routine plan data on the business management table of last day customers tagged, executed and manager commented /lili Ensure team has made visit Plan in proper by using Tag Function for all their customers /lili KPI calculation of Sales team Area Manager. /lili Training of CRM System for newly onboarded Marketing Staffs /lili Liaising with the Marketing team IT whenever there is issue /lili Assisting Country managers when they required support or reports /lili Transferring Customer Responsible person upon request of Area Manager Country /lili Assist sales staff in cross-departmental communication and follow up on related issues until they are resolved. /lili Collect market information online and output data analysis reports. /li /ul pb Requirements: /b /pulli Bachelor#39;s degree in Business, marketing or related field. /lili Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management, administrative specialist, or similar role. /lili Advanced level of fluency in English is essential.
