At Körber Supply Chain, we are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen our commercial team in Spain, focused on the development of our parcel and intralogistics solutions portfolio.This role is idóneo for a commercial professional with experience in parcel automation, sorting systems or material handling solutions, comfortable managing complex B2B sales processes and working closely with engineering and project teams to deliver high-value solutions.You will play a key role in driving market development, strengthening our customer portfolio and identifying new business opportunities within the parcel and e-commerce logistics sector.Location:Preferably based in Madrid, although other locations within Spain can be considered.Your responsibilitiesDefine and implement the sales strategy, aligned with the overall business strategyIdentify key markets and strategic customers within parcel, courier/express and intralogistics sectorsDrive business development by strengthening existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunitiesLead the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity identification to proposal deliveryCoordinate closely with bid management and internal teams (engineering, project management, supply chain, finance, etc.) to deliver competitive solutionsPrepare and present technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with commercial, technical and financial objectivesContribute to the development of the sales organization and commercial infrastructureDrive and monitor key market development initiativesRepresent Körber in customer engagements and ensure an excellent customer experienceWhat we are looking for3–5 years of experience in sales within intralogistics, parcel automation or material handling solutionsExperience managing complex technical sales cycles and customer relationshipsUnderstanding of parcel flows, sorting systems or high-throughput logistics environmentsAbility to collaborate with engineering and technical teams to shape competitive solutionsStrong commercial mindset, with focus on results and customer orientationStrong communication, negotiation and persuasion skillsDegree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar (preferred)Professional English is required; German is a plusWhy join Körber?At Körber Supply Chain, you will work in an international and innovation-driven environment, contributing to the development of advanced automation solutions for leading customers across multiple industries.We offer:Flexible working arrangements (hybrid model)Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact automation projectsClose collaboration with experienced engineering and solution design teamsA role with high visibility and impact on business growthWe also offer a hybrid working model (three days of remote work per week) and flexible working hours.
