About the role

We are looking for an Italian native speaker to join our team as a Freelance Community Manager (ideally based in Italy). You would be supporting one of our clients in the skincare space, a renowned general dermo-cosmetic brand.

Responsibilities
\n
Monitor comments and messages across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for a global dermo-cosmetic brand.
\n
Respond to community interactions in Italian, maintaining a friendly and on-brand tone.
\n
Ensure daily monitoring of conversations and audience sentiment.
\n
Qualifications
\n
Native Italian speaker (ideally based in Italy).
\n
Experience in community management or social media moderation is a plus.
\n
Strong written communication and attention to detail.
\n
Ability to commit ~15 minutes per weekday and respond consistently from the laptop or computer.
