We are looking for a People Business Specialist role: your key responsibility will be to support the business in EMEA and APAC and to manage talent management projects on both a global and regional level. Under the supervision of the Global People Business Partner, you will work with regional teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
What You’ll Do:
* Global Collaboration from HQ: Serve as a strategic partner in talent management for the Europe, Middle East (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions by adapting HR strategies to regional needs. Implement and tailor HR policies and practices to meet specific market requirements.
* Talent Management: Provide services to your regions to ensure the selection, retention, and development of talent while offering expert advice. Implement global talent projects, including performance management programs, setting objectives, and creating development plans. Contribute initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and proper application.
* Support International Mobility: Assist in managing international mobility and the region’s expatriation policies.
What We Need You to Bring:
* A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar role in multinational companies within multicultural environments (preferably in the manufacturing sector).
* Experience in talent recruitment and acquisition. Experience in managing talent projects, including compliance evaluation, setting objectives, developing plans, and implementing training programs.
* High proficiency in English and Spanish; Catalan is a strong plus.
* Experience with HRIS systems, such as SuccessFactors or similar, is an advantage.
* It is essential to reside in Vic or the surrounding area and/or be available to commute to the area, with occasional travel required.
Professional Profile: Strong skills in connecting teams and transforming processes, with the ability to work in multicultural and global environments. A proactive, people- and results-oriented attitude is a must.
