Job Summary
The Global Partnerships Executive plays a pivotal role in managing strategic relationships with global media to drive collaboration, innovation, and business growth across the Havas network.
This position supports the Global Partnerships team in bridging the gap between global media partners and local Havas teams, ensuring value delivery across all partnership initiatives.
The role combines stakeholder coordination with strong operational responsibilities, including investment tracking, data analysis, proof of delivery, and financial processes. The individual will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all partnership commitments are delivered, tracked, accurately reconciled and invoiced. This individual will also be responsible for organizing global partner webinars & partner meetings, and addressing local market queries.
Mission & Responsibilities
- Coordinate global partner initiatives, tracking delivery with internal product teams and media partners
- Analyse and report on integral media investment, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
- Manage proof of delivery (POD), ensuring all deliverables meet contractual commitments
- Manage invoicing, revenue tracking, reconciliation and support the finance team in collection & payables related to partner projects
- Prepare partner briefings, presentations, and reports
- Share partner updates, best practices, and new opportunities across local teams
- Support webinars, training, and partner education programmes
- Ongoing support to biddable global and local teams: platform access, user rights and ad account creation & management
Skills & Competencies
- First-Class degree in marketing, media, or a related field; experience in media operations, digital media, or partnerships is desirable but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret investment and performance data
- High attention to detail, particularly with financial and reporting processes
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with advertising platforms like DV360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads, LinkedIn ads
