Are you a passionate Chatbot Developer (Cognigy) looking for your next international challenge? We are expanding our team to join a Conversational AI maintenance & evolution project, working on enterprise chatbot and voicebot solutions built on Cognigy platform
Full Remote | Flexible Schedule | International Environment
What will you do?
Maintain and enhance chatbot & voicebot solutions in production
Optimize conversational flows, intents and integrations
Analyze and resolve incidents and performance issues
Implement new business requirements
Work closely with Product Owners, Conversation Designers & DevOps
Ensure scalability and stability of AI solutions
What are we looking for?
2–3 years of experience developing chatbots (Cognigy as main platform)
Experience in maintenance & support environments
Strong knowledge of NLU concepts & conversational design
REST API integrations
JavaScript and/or Python
Cloud experience (Azure preferred)
English C1 (German is a plus )
Nice to have:
LLMs, RAG, Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, Docker, CI/CD
