Context And Mission
The Barcelona Supercomputing Center-Centro Nacional de Supercomputación (BSC-CNS) is looking for a web applications developer candidate to join the BSC-CNS's Operations Department, specifically at the System administration team to work in the development and maintenance of web applications for the day-to-day work of the center.
Key Duties
- Installation, maintenance, update and resolution of issues related to IT services of the centre (mail, web, databases, servers, etc.)
- Configuration and administration of the different storage subsystems and backup system
- Configuration and administration of the BSC HPC & BSC Quantum supercomputing resources
- Configuration and administration of BSC cloud platforms (OpenStack, OpenNebula and Ovirt )
- Travel and assist project events or workshops
Requirements Education
- Degree in IT or similar
