UCAM is seeking a motivated and dynamic Enrollment Advisor and Marketing Officer to join our International Marketing Department. This role will focus on supporting the growing student recruitment needs in Turkey, as well as assisting the MENA region as a dedicated advisor. Key Responsibilities:
- Student Recruitment: Meet recruitment targets by managing prospective students from inquiry to enrollment, including visa support, application follow-ups, and organizing promotional events.
- Marketing & Institutional Relations: Develop, implement, and assess marketing campaigns, conduct competitor analysis, and manage relations with agents and partners.
- Event Management: Plan and execute recruitment events, fairs, and exhibitions, ensuring all logistics and materials are ready for maximum impact.
- Admissions: Guide applicants through the admissions process, ensuring smooth and timely handling of applications.
- Student Retention: Foster ongoing communication with enrolled students to improve retention and ensure a successful student journey at UCAM.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (B2-C1) – essential for engaging with international students and partners. Valuable Arabic
- Experience in sales, marketing, higher education, and working in international markets.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage recruitment campaigns, analyze marketing data, and work towards set targets.
