Business Analyst – Accommodation (Temporary/Hybrid)
eDreams ODIGEO is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Accommodation team in Barcelona under a temporary contract with a hybrid model. You will lead efforts to improve our accommodation‑based travel offers and partner with internal teams to deliver the best price to our customers.

What you will do
- Identify opportunities for improvement for our Accommodation products through data analysis and performance reviews.
- Carry out numerical analyses to identify changes and drivers affecting business performance.
- Liaise with Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and other analytics teams to manage data sources.
- Develop automated data‑extraction tools and maintain dashboards for monitoring and reporting.
- Provide data, insights, analysis, and forecasts to decision‑makers and stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities and deliver actionable insights for impactful decisions.
- Communicate results and proposed actions concisely in various formats.
- Identify advanced tools, models, and methodologies to enhance our analytics toolkit.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Over 2 years of experience in a similar analytical role.
- Experience with SQL and BI/visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio, MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong data‑manipulation skills, comfortable running complex analyses and managing large datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset and quick extraction of insights from data.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring data and developing innovative analytical solutions.
- Clear communication of findings in English to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Business sense: understanding broader context and objectives behind numerical data.
- Organised self‑starter, methodical, and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely outcomes.
- Ambitious and driven to excel, influence, and grow professionally.
- Highly motivated, eager to contribute ideas and drive continuous improvement.
- Team player, collaborating effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
Preferable
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

- Experience with Applied AI Tools (e.g., Gemini or other AI‑powered assistants).
