About Digital Profile Factory (DPF) We specialize in designing and configuring eSIM profiles for network operators, enabling mobile devices to connect to cellular networks without a physical SIM card. Our work includes providing essential data to manufacturing sites, enhancing eSIM management solutions, and pioneering the development of the IDSP platform for digital profile management.
The Role As a Quality Assurance Manager you'll maintain high production standards, deliver consistent outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across the Digital Profile Factory.
Key Responsibilities Ensure quality by monitoring and reporting quality-related KPIs.
Conduct continuous reviews of processes and manual activities to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Strengthen interfaces and handovers through the design and implementation of quality gates and checkpoints.
Drive standardization and automation of processes to enhance consistency and reduce errors.
Analyze internal complaints, monitor trends, and share regular quality reports.
Prepare reports for customers and coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications, Experience, and Technical Skills University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
5–10 years of professional experience in quality assurance, production, or process management, ideally in a technology-driven or IT-enabled production environment.
Proven experience implementing quality frameworks, KPIs, checklists, and reporting systems.
Strong knowledge of quality management methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean).
Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA systems, and process audits.
Familiarity with digital tools and ERP systems (SAP/S4HANA preferred) for quality monitoring and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into practical improvements.
Excellent English language skills (Business proficient – native).

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working across departments and presenting clearly to customers.
