We’re seeking a motivated and experienced New Developments Sales Agent to oversee collaboration sales and support the sales strategy across all current and upcoming projects within Engel & Völkers Marbella Developments.This role involves liaising with internal and external agents, coordinating viewings, managing leads, and representing multiple developments to collaborating partners and clients.Key Responsibilities :- Manage all collaboration sales activity for Azurean Marbella and other developments.- Coordinate with internal and external agents to ensure accurate project representation.- Manage CRM updates, lead assignment, and follow-up across multiple projects.- Conduct client viewings and presentations at both the main office and on-site as needed.- Provide weekly activity and performance reports.- Support project marketing through agent updates, listings, and digital content initiatives.- Build strong relationships with collaborators and maintain professional communication at all times.- Contribute ideas to improve lead generation, conversion, and client experience across projects.Adecuado Profile:A dynamic communicator with strong coordination and client management skills, able to represent multiple developments professionally and effectively.Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, understands the technical and emotional side of off-plan sales, and brings creative energy to growing the department’s reach and success.REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:Required Skills &;
Experience:- Minimum 1 year of experience in new development or off-plan sales.- Solid understanding of collaboration sales and project representation.- Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages a plus).- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.- Organized and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Familiar with CRM systems, reporting tools, and lead tracking.- Comfortable with social media and digital communication to support project visibility.- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
