Job Description
Junior Management Program – Intern (Fixed Term). 12‐month rotation across manufacturing roles (Safety, Quality, Focus Improvement, Conversion, etc.). Supports and develops assigned projects to achieve defined objectives while ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and environmental standards, and participates in Lean‐Six Sigma focused improvement teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support and develop projects assigned during the rotation to achieve defined objectives.
Ensure compliance with plant quality, food safety, and environmental standards.
Participate in improvement teams using Lean‐Six Sigma and plant IL6S methodology.
Document and adopt best practices across manufacturing roles.
Qualifications
University degree (Engineer).
Internship experience in a production plant.
Experience in production continuous improvement.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Proficiency in MS‐Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Study or work experience abroad is a plus.
High level of written and spoken English.
Passion for products and ability to learn on the fly.
Self‐initiative, teamwork, communication, motivation, listening, and idea leadership.
Analytical, problem‐solving, and strategic thinking skills.
