Future Learning - EU Regional Business Developer (Based in Spain)Future Learning is expanding its international sales team and seeks a highly motivated, energetic, experienced, and confident Regional Business Developer to manage our Spanish and select EU markets while based in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive repeat sales through B2B and B2C relationships/networks.
Generate new sales opportunities via relationships, routes to market, and innovative product offerings.
Maintain and develop existing clients and new prospects, supporting the growth of Future Learning projects.
Enter all sales opportunities into CRM, monitor leads, and manage pipelines effectively.
Respond promptly to inquiries, prioritize leads, and liaise with other departments for new proposals.
Achieve sales targets for new centers, championing new openings internally and externally.
Identify in-country opportunities and attend relevant external events.
Travel within the region to visit clients and prospects.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and market intelligence.
Develop and maintain key accounts, manage customer expectations, and contribute to strategic planning.
Support marketing efforts, including translation, design, and production of materials in Spanish.
Develop a network for market intelligence and new business opportunities.
Contribute to team meetings and strategic discussions.
Expand the FL brand in additional EU countries as needed.
Candidate Profile:
Based in Spain.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
Fluent in Spanish and English;
additional EU languages(Portuguese, French, German) are a plus.
At least 3 years’ experience in the International Language Education Industry.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and IT skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail, comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Driving license desirable.
Experience with digital marketing and CRM systems.

National holidays in Spain (region-dependent).
Company mobile phone, travel expenses covered.
Contract based on Spanish working hours.
Travel overseas and work additional hours as required.
Salary:
€21,000 - €24,000 + commission;
total OTE €33,000 - €36,000+.
