Job description :
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the key liaison between our customers and internal teams. Your mission is to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience throughout the order management cycle. You'll collaborate closely with departments such as Sales, Planning, Quality, and Finance to meet client needs and optimize internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer support via clear, friendly, and professional communication
* Manage end-to-end order processing : confirmations, invoicing, returns, and refunds
* Provide timely and accurate updates on order status
* Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer needs, forecasts, and lead times
* Maintain and update customer data in SAP
* Track and report on customer inquiries and feedback
* Follow internal procedures, policies, and workflows
* Proactively resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements : Education :
1. Minimum : Vocational training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in a relevant field
2. Preferred : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, or related field
Experience :
3. Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally in supply chain or logistics
Languages :
4. Fluent in Spanish and Catalan
5. Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Technical Skills :
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
7. Experience with SAP is highly valued
