Job Description The E2E Project Manager supports the execution and coordination of strategic programs and operational initiatives across multiple teams and organizations. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to help drive project activities, track milestones, manage dependencies, and support program governance. The role focuses on assisting with end-to-end project execution, including planning, reporting, stakeholder coordination, issue tracking, and operational follow-up. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively in fast-paced and highly collaborative environments. Responsibilities Support end-to-end execution of projects and programs from planning through deployment and operational handoff. Track project plans, milestones, action items, dependencies, and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders. Prepare meeting notes, status reports, dashboards, and project documentation. Assist in identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies while supporting mitigation activities. Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks and action items. Support release readiness, go-live activities, and post-launch tracking. Maintain project governance documents and reporting accuracy. Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders and management. Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
