In this role you will support the Asturias Procurement Service Center within Global Procurement, handling internal purchasing requests across EMEA. You will act as a trusted advisor with a focus on analytics, project management, and process excellence to drive savings and reliable supply. You collaborate with regional and global teams to align on portfolio goals and continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers the chance to influence procurement processes and deliver value across the organization at scale.

• Support and resolve client procurement needs in local language
• Execute procurement processes flawlessly including documents, vendor master, agreements, and payments
• Manage a defined portfolio of low value/non-strategic contracts and suppliers
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and challenge status quo
• Serve as a solution-focused advisor through formal client engagement routines
• Provide transactional support to the strategic buying team
• Ensure transactions comply with internal controls and policies
• Coordinate actions across internal and external stakeholders to ensure supply
• Handle administration and reporting from DuPont systems and external sources
• Collaborate with regional/global buying teams on portfolio management and savings
• Participate in projects/networks beyond the direct team scope
• Negotiate and deliver xpzdshu savings aligned with Asturias Sourcing Center objectives
Responsabilidades
• University degree preferred
• Minimum 1-3 years in Procure To Pay and/or Supply Chain
• Proficiency in English and at least one European language (German, French, Italian)
• High system expertise and/or experience in Microsoft Office, SAP and SRM
• Project Management skills
• Commodity knowledge preferred
