As a Corporate Relationship Manager, you will be the primary contact for corporate clients, driving business development and managing strategic relationships. You'll work closely with a small, entrepreneurial team in Milan and collaborate with international colleagues across the group to deliver customized banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the corporate client portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored financial solutions.
- Manage credit processes: financial analysis, pricing simulations, term sheets, documentation, and annual reviews.
- Ensure compliance through KYC/AML checks and transaction monitoring.
- Support clients with payments, cash management, and bank guarantees.
- Actively participate in networking and business development initiatives.
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- 10-15 years of experience in corporate banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of credit products and client onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English; other European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Italy and internationally.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility, and results orientation.
