HEAD CHEF ROLE: CATERING PRODUCTION LEADER | MARBELLA

We orchestrate a symphony of unique creations, transforming every event—from themed weddings to corporate gala dinners—into an exclusive jewel. We are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef/Production Managerto join our team in Marbella, Spain .
This full-time, supervisory position offers a significant opportunity to lead our talented kitchen team and drive production excellence for the luxury events market.
1. EXECUTIVE KITCHEN MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP
As the Head Chef/Production Manager, you assume responsibility for all culinary activities at our Calle Bronce facility:
Team Leadership: You lead and motivate a passionate and talented kitchen team.
Planning & Supervision: You plan and supervise all culinary activities. Therefore, you ensure the highest quality and presentation standards are met for every single dish.
Menu Development: You develop creative and attractive menus, continually refining our offerings for our exclusive clientele.
2. OPERATIONAL CONTROL AND COMPLIANCE
Effective management requires meticulous control over resources and strict adherence to safety protocols. Consequently, this role demands expertise in the following:
Resource Management: You efficiently manage kitchen resources and ensure optimal usage.
Inventory & Ordering: You are responsible for Order Fulfillment (Realización de Pedidos) and precise Stock Control .
Hygiene & Safety: You must maintain and enforce the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. Furthermore, expertise in APPCC (HACCP) protocols is mandatory.
Protocol Management: You are responsible for the development and management of all implemented Kitchen protocols.
3. CANDIDATE PROFILE (MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS)
You are the ideal candidate if you possess the following:
Experience: You bring 2 to 3 years of experience in similar supervisory roles, preferably within a high-volume catering or production environment.
Education: Minimum education required is Compulsory Secondary Education.
Language: Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
Skills: Proven ability in stock control, resource management, and implementing food safety regulations (HACCP/APPCC).
