Job Description:
Job mission: Coordinate the technical inspections (instruments and implants) from customer returns, validating the correct operation and composition of each inspected kit, including thermodisinfection and cleaning kits.
Key Activities & Accountabilities:
* Lead a team of 7-10 employees per shift.
* Optimize resources to inspect returned kits efficiently.
* Resolve immediate issues related to personnel, machinery, and infrastructure.
* Prepare monthly productivity reports.
* Control all customer returns (parcel, transport agency) and verify their condition and functionality.
* Disinfect and clean instrument kits according to procedures.
* Manage stock and order consumables for the entrance area.
* Support the Warehouse and Logistics Manager in achieving KPIs.
* Communicate effectively with the team to meet operational targets.
* Create a development environment and cultivate talent.
* Ensure all team members are trained and competent.
* Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
* Adhere to quality and safety standards.
* Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems.
* Supervise waste segregation procedures.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and procedures related to Stryker products.
Qualifications:
* Professional education or higher.
* Proficiency in English.
* Experience with ERP systems (preferably ORACLE).
* At least 5 years in logistics, preferably in medical/pharmaceutical sectors handling small tools and codes.
* At least 3 years of team leadership experience in similar environments.
