We work with our customers to develop optimal solutions to help overcome their challenges.Position: Senior Hardware Development EngineerWe are looking for a Contract Manager to support Mobility business (railway sector), performing contractual and claim management advice during the offer and execution phases of international projects executed by Siemens Mobility Spain. Focused on business-oriented solutions, in strict compliance of external and internal regulations.Within the scope of the tasks to be executed are:
- Identify, describe, quantify, and evaluate opportunities and risks in the projects.
- Analyze, comment, draft and negotiate contractual documentation, contract/claim strategies
- Prepare, manage, and negotiate claims to exercise the rights of the company (as for example, recovery of extra-cost, extension of time, etc.)
- Collect, prepare, and manage relevant documents (drafting letters) and evidence in accordance with contractual deadlines and requirements
- Ensure that the outcome claims are robust
- Maintain contractual records and documentation.
- Coordination with other departments to ensure the fulfillment of contractual requirements in the processes
- Define quality standards and develop tools to support contract management processes, draft templates and prepare trainings

TECHNICAL SKILLS (ESSENTIAL)- One of the followings degrees: in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Technology related or the like, with strong and proved contract management experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in contract analysis, drafting, and negotiation (high level) experience.
NOT ESSENTIAL BUT HIGHLY VALUED- Multiple languages
- Experience on infrastructure projects
- Experience on projects related to digital solutions
- Knowledge on international standard contracts as for example FIDIC, World bank, etc
