Natixis Madrid is the Spanish branch of Natixis, the CIB of group BPCE.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working in a diverse, international environment, the VIE will:
1. Learn the trading and selling front-to-back process of one or several instruments (mostly Equity derivatives, but also other asset classes due to our Cross asset platform).
2. Assist with onboarding new clients in Natixis internal systems.
3. Take responsibility for the full After-Sales follow-up for all primary transactions in coordination with Senior Marketers, Trading, Structuring, as well as Back Office and Middle Office.
4. Help answer simple client queries on electronic platforms by liaising with senior Sales team members.
5. Assist with automating some team tasks under the guidance of a senior Sales.
6. Monitor daily activities such as trades, options' expiry and exercise, credit line limits, and market data.
7. Engage with Structuring and Trading franchises and collaborate with peers in Sales.
We seek a dynamic individual who has recently graduated or is about to complete their degree in Banking, Economics, or Finance.
Fluency in English and French is essential, with Spanish being a plus.
The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate a keen interest in Finance, Capital Markets, and Banking.
Candidate qualities include being rigorous, autonomous, and skilled in building interpersonal relationships.
Previous experience in client-facing roles or relevant internships is advantageous. Behavioral competencies include being results-driven, adaptable, client-focused, detail-oriented, resilient, an active listener, well-organized, and proactive.
