The working territory is Galicia, with locations in Coruña or Vigo.
A Day in the Life
* Plan and execute technical and educational programs, aligning with the Country Business Plan in collaboration with Sales and other departments.
* Serve as the technical expert and reference for the CA solutions team, providing support to customers and the sales force.
* Assist in procedural support and troubleshooting during procedures upon request.
* Develop and deliver training programs for employees and customers, including physicians, technicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
* Support sales presentations and contribute to marketing materials with clinical input.
* Support the achievement of AOP through technical and clinical support to the CAS team and external customers.
* Report market, account, and competitive trends and metrics timely and comprehensively.
* Document all product-related events, customer feedback, and complaints following compliance standards.
* Complete administrative duties and reports diligently, including inventory and stock movement reports, and provide activity updates to the Sales Manager.
Must Haves
* University degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
* At least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably in a hospital operating room environment.
* Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products.
* Willingness and ability to travel within Spain.
* Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment with sales, physicians, nurses, and technicians.
* Independent work skills and a broad Spain-wide perspective.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
