This role offers the opportunity to play an active part in the company’s growth, leading and supporting projects in the Events area. We are looking for an all-round profile, a person that is an excellent communicator and great relationship builder, and at the same time detail orientated and understands the importance of following processes and documenting projects to later put theory into practice during the events itself. If you have a proactive, extremely organized, analytical profile and are eager to contribute to a global sports platform, this could be an excellent opportunity.ABOUT THE ROLEPre-event:Support in the definition of the VIP experience, elaborating the concept paper of what the Hospitality will be:Look & feelOffer conceptualization (packages, services, VIP brochure…)Benchmarking of VIP areas of other tournaments or events.Create written proposals (power point) and presentations.Source and work with vendors and suppliers (furniture, catering…).Coordinate graphic material production: brochure, client manual, …During the event:Help coordinating technical and production aspects.Participate in the full setup process from scratch to completion, including dismantlingManage tournament VIP restaurant reservations.Contact with the different suppliers of the restaurant for any incident (catering, furniture, decoration…).Strong relationship management.Post-event:Track, analyze and report back the event results.Set up reports about learning and possible improvements.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR2-5 years of experience working in the sports and events businessExceptional knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)Excellent verbal and written Spanish and English requiredExcellent planning, time management, organization and presentation skillsEnthusiastic, proactive, positive and full of energyExcellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with clients and suppliersFlexible to accommodate urgent requests and to work even at irregular hours including possible overtime and weekends as per event requirementsOutstanding attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilityAble to manage stress and operate under intense event environments and requirementsGood team player but also able to work independently on specific workstreamsTenacity to execute repetitive tasks with a passion to deliver faultless documents.Availability to travelWHAT WE OFFERPermanent contractCompetitive compensationTravel insuranceInternational work environmentThe opportunity to work in Top sport, specifically in some of the leading tennis events and with top tennis players around the worldOpportunities for career growth within the companyTeam oriented and collaborative work environment
