Since our founding in 2000, we have continuously grown. We are involved in engineering and consulting projects worldwide and currently have offices in Spain, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Mexico, and Brazil.
We are looking for two Senior Contracts Manager profiles (one with experience in Substations and the other in Data Center construction) for a client based in Madrid. The role will be performed remotely, with occasional travel to the project site/client’s office.
Key Responsibilities
? General Responsibilities
- Act as the client’s representative on data center projects and associated infrastructure works
- Manage sourcing, procurement, and contract administration at project level
- Coordinate supply chain activities across all project phases: planning, execution, close-out
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Report on contract status, risks, and issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools
- Attend and support regular project and coordination meetings
Strategic Sourcing
- Support supply chain planning and strategy development by category
- Manage: supplier onboarding, capability assessment and prequalification
- Support negotiation and execution of contracts and framework agreements
- Prepare contractual documentation and master agreements
- Collaborate with legal teams
Procurement Management
- Provide procurement support to project delivery teams
- Manage end-to-end RFP processes:
- preparation of documentation
- stakeholder coordination
- RFI management
- xpzdshu bid evaluation
- Coordinate meetings with suppliers (kick-off, site visits, etc.)
- Prepare award recommendations
- Manage approvals and contract execution
- Support negotiation processes (including lump sum contracts)
Contract Management
- Participate in change management processes (change orders)
- Prepare contractual documentation and amendments
- Manage claims and contract close-out
- Monitor contractual milestones
- Ensure proper contract execution and compliance
- Manage the full Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process
- Support final account and contract closure activities
