Scope of Responsibilities:
You will:
* Assist the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, including issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management.
* Serve as a legal subject matter expert on competition laws by providing advice to businesses and legal professionals regarding compliance.
* Design tools, policies, and materials to enhance global compliance efforts.
* Develop and conduct training on competition law issues.
* Collaborate with M&A colleagues to identify, analyze, and mitigate antitrust issues and coordinate merger control filings globally.
* Assist in responding to government inquiries.

Work requirements:
* Travel as needed (likely).
* Ability to work effectively remotely with global stakeholders and manage schedules.
Qualifications:
* Law degree.
* 5-7 years of relevant experience as a competition lawyer.
* Ability to work in the specified country or obtain necessary credentials prior to start.
Professional skills:
* Fluency in competition law, ethics programs, and best practices.
* Knowledge of codes of conduct, business ethics, and compliance training.
* Motivated, proactive, and curious about ethics and compliance risks.
* Proven ability to implement strategies and drive change.
* Collaborative, strategic problem-solver who adapts quickly.
* Effective communicator in English at all organizational levels.
* Good judgment and task prioritization skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
