What you will do in this role

As an Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities include:
1. Articulating clearly the Partner Program value proposition and registering new resellers into the program.
2. Responding promptly and accurately to calls/emails from resellers, routing them as appropriate, and providing answers when needed.
3. Providing basic information on products for inbound and outbound calls or emails.
4. Detecting high business opportunities.
5. Serving as the main point of contact for telephone inquiries generated by partner telemarketing activities and campaigns.
6. Processing callout campaigns based on predefined reseller lists.
7. Executing specific marketing activities related to products and services.
