**WHAT'S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?**
- Experience as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant, hotel kitchen or high-volume culinary environment
- Passion for fresh products, Mediterranean and Oriental flavors and the NENI family-style concept
- Strong mise en place skills, cleanliness, speed and consistency in every plate
- A reliable team mindset and the ability to stay organized during peak service
- Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene standards; Spanish and/or English skills are a plus
**WHAT'S YOUR JOB ABOUT?**
- Prepare and cook NENI dishes according to recipes, quality standards and presentation guideline
- Organize your station, mise en place and stock levels for smooth lunch and dinner service
- Ensure freshness, hygiene, cleanliness and careful handling of all ingredients and equipment
- Work closely with the kitchen team, service team and leadership to keep timing and quality on point
- Support ordering, storage and waste reduction through responsible product handling
- Bring positive energy, ideas and a hands-on mentality to our NENI kitchen
