Job Description for Hotel Sales Professionals or Software Resellers

Note: This opportunity is exclusively for entrepreneurs, independent contractors, and those interested in a 100% commission-based role. No base salary is provided.

WebBookingPro has been a leader in providing innovative hotel technology and digital marketing solutions worldwide for over a decade, including services like Channel Manager, Booking Engine, Revenue Manager, Property Management System, and Central Reservation System.

Role Overview

This is a full-time remote Sales Executive position at WebBookingPro. The responsibilities include acquiring new clients, developing sales strategies, conducting presentations, and delivering excellent customer service.

This role is a partnership-based B2B contract offering top-tier 100% commissions on all long-term customer agreements.

* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Experience in creating sales strategies and delivering presentations
* Knowledge of the hospitality industry and related technologies
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Position Details

As a Senior Sales Executive / Sales Director at the Partnership Level, you will act as a trusted advisor to hotel owners, showcasing how our products can improve their operations and profitability. You'll be at the forefront of hotel revenue management innovation, supported by our dedicated sales partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities

* Client Acquisition: Generate new opportunities, upsell existing clients, and manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing and invoicing.
* Achieve Sales KPIs: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets efficiently.
* Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare accurate proposals and negotiate contracts while maintaining client satisfaction and company profitability.
* CRM Maintenance: Keep detailed records of all business development activities.
* Client Feedback: Relay client insights to our product team for continuous improvement.
* Partner Engagement: Collaborate with industry groups and travel associations to promote WebBookingPro.

Candidate Requirements

* Proficiency in English
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in SaaS sales or hotel industry-related business
* Confident communication skills, especially in prospect meetings
* Strong listening skills and professional telephone presence
