The Advertising Department guarantees an increase in the volume of our clients’ businesses through advertisements on different platforms: search engines, social media, affiliation, media, programmatic, among others (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, Amazon, Microsoft Advertising, Programmatic, Affiliation, Media). We always work in the different phases of our clients’ Customer Journeys. Our DNA is to rely on innovation and technology to be efficient with our clients’ investments, and to know how to direct messages to potential users at the right place and the right time. What we’d like you to do
* Act as a strategic consultant to different national and international large accounts for all their SEM Strategies.
* Create strategies on the main search engines, create, manage and track search Ads campaigns on Google Ads, Search Ads 360 and Bing Ads.
* Design AI testing roadmaps and implement custom automation scripts.
* Manage Business Manager and other platforms in depth.
* Work closely with the clients to define objectives and follow‑up on agreed roadmaps.
* Maintain daily communication with the clients to review campaigns, results, and propose innovative strategies. Participate actively in meetings with clients.
* Be responsible for seeking efficiency and resolving it through process improvement and implementation of new technologies or improvement in their use.
What we’d like you to bring
* Proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt to new challenges with a positive attitude.
* At least 4 years of experience performing similar tasks in other marketing agencies or clients, focused on the execution and management of Paid Search campaigns, leveraging Generative AI (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to optimize ad copy and strategy.
* Strong proficiency in visual Generative AI tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana) to conceptualize and create high‑quality creative assets for campaigns.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple simultaneous requests across projects, using automation workflows (Zapier, Make, N8N) to reduce manual workload.
* Technical familiarity with AI development environments (Google AI Studio) and RAG tools (NotebookLM) to build custom solutions and manage knowledge bases efficiently.
* Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a hands‑on approach to tackling challenges utilizing Agent Space and LLMs.
* Strong analytical skills, with a knack for working with data and generating insights supported by AI models.
* Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
* Experience in project coordination and management, with a keen eye for detail.
* English proficiency at C1 level, both spoken and written.
