The Property Coordinator is a key role within our Sales Team. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing and ensure that every property meets Drumelia's standards at every stage, from acquisition to sale, and that our sellers enjoy a smooth and well-managed selling process.
We are looking for hands‐on, detail‐oriented profiles who want to be involved in the day‐to‐day management of properties. This role is suited to people with experience in operations, project management, or administrative roles, who are ready to take on responsibility and work within a high‐performance environment.

Main responsibilities:
Supporting the acquisition process and day‐to‐day management of properties for sale
Maintaining and updating the client and property database on a daily basis
Coordinating marketing actions for listings
Preparing and sending newsletters
Drafting contracts and managing all related documentation
Handling client communications and follow‐ups with a strong service mindset
Supporting internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and process flow
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are valued
Availability for a full‐time position
