**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As part of our brand-new **Trading Team in Málaga**, you’ll be at the heart of the
action—monitoring live games, setting odds, and making sure our sportsbook stays
competitive and exciting. No two days are the same, and your decisions will have a direct
impact on our betting platform.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- **Keeping the Game Fair & Competitive** - Adjusting odds and monitoring risk to
deliver the best betting experience.
- **Analyzing Trends** - Tracking market movements, customer behavior, and betting
patterns to make data-driven decisions.
- **Optimizing the Offer** - Spotting anomalies, fixing errors, and ensuring smooth
operations.
- **Collaborating & Innovating** - Working with cross-functional teams to test new
features and enhance our platform.
- **Staying One Step Ahead** - Helping with competitor analysis and supporting the
bookmaking strategy team.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
**Must-haves**:
- A **passion for sports** and a solid understanding of sportsbook products.
- Strong **numerical and analytical skills**—you love working with data!
- Proficiency in **MS Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)**.
- Excellent **communication and teamwork abilities**.
- A **proactive mindset** and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Fluent in **English**(additional languages are a plus!).
**Nice to have**:
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
