The Position:
You will manage, plan, organize, and control all Maintenance Services (Line Maintenance) operations at our Madrid or Lisbon bases, serving as the primary contact for maintenance issues at the station.
You will represent Panasonic Maintenance Services at high-level customer meetings and coordinate activities with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Train, supervise, assign projects, evaluate staff, and handle hiring/termination to ensure optimal performance.
2. Supervise staff responsible for program maintenance and daily tasks.
3. Coordinate with teams to meet business goals.
4. Develop and review administrative tasks, training, and reporting procedures.
5. Ensure personnel have proper training and understand their responsibilities to PAC and customers.
6. Present relevant information and metrics to customers and internal teams.
7. Maintain inventory control and reporting.
8. Report all maintenance issues to the MOC and technical services, and communicate aircraft problems during transit.
9. Comply with laws and cooperate with regulatory agencies.
10. Coordinate labor requirements and station openings/closings within the regional area.
11. Manage union meetings.
12. Ensure stations adhere to maintenance standards and procedures.
13. Review practices to ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and customer policies.
14. Coordinate station audits and ensure certification requirements are met.
15. Oversee service delivery within the area, meeting contractual commitments efficiently.
16. Maintain dispatch reliability for serviced aircraft.
17. Coordinate with third-party maintenance organizations.
18. Work with MOC on customer issues and open items.
19. Manage media loading within the area.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
* Valid A&P, EASA, or regional licensing.
* Experience in airline line maintenance, especially in electronic/avionics.
* Leadership experience supervising teams.
* Ability to analyze diverse data and recommend policy changes.
* Ability to plan resources to meet objectives.
Knowledge/Skills:
* Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, email.
* Line maintenance project experience is advantageous.
* Knowledge of electronics, troubleshooting, and computer networking.
* Understanding of financial controls and budgets.
* Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to interact with senior management.
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
* Experience in delivering high-level presentations.
* Capable of managing 24/7 operations.
Other Requirements:
* Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
* Pass security and background checks.
* Valid driver’s license and airport access requirements.

What we offer:
Competitive benefits, with a salary range of EUR 43,400 - 86,800, plus potential bonuses. Final offers depend on experience, skills, and location.
