CIA | Marbella | Spain | Part-time We are looking for a Sales Associate for the BOSS Store La Cañada, located in the La Cañada shopping center (Marbella). We need an experienced Sales Associate to work 30 hours per week. Minimum 2 years of retail experience. Languages: English, Arabic and Spanish. The contract is for 1 year to cover a temporary replacement. A profile with high energy and a positive mindset, and a strong desire to work. Possibility of a permanent contract if targets are achieved. Immediate start. What you can expect: Provide excellent levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every sales opportunity. Maximize every sales opportunity to achieve individual and store targets, as well as improve KPI indicators. Identify customer needs and respond to all product-related questions. Be able to answer queries about the price, location, features, benefits, and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise. Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are handled efficiently and in a timely manner. Optimize sales through strong product knowledge, leveraging the best advantages to recommend and attract customers’ attention to the products in order to maximize sales opportunities. Take every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand the HUGO BOSS database and encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty. Your profile: Proven retail sales experience within a fashion brand, minimum 2 years. Ability to adapt to change. Excellent personal appearance. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete them successfully. Professionalism. Fluency in English. Fluency in Arabic. Fluency in Spanish. Your benefits: Competitive salary.
