EF Malaga has an exciting opportunity to join our Accommodation Department as a Homestay Recruiter, supporting the recruitment of high-quality host families for our international students.
In this role, you will play a key part in building strong relationships with local families and ensuring our students enjoy a safe, welcoming, and comfortable homestay experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact potential host families from an existing database of enquiries
* Arrange and conduct home visits with prospective host families
* Assess homes to ensure they meet EF's accommodation standards
* Support families in completing application forms and required documentation
* Provide clear and accurate feedback to the EF Accommodation team following visits
* Update host family profiles and records in the database after each visit
* Manage and organise visits according to your own schedule
About You
We're looking for someone who is friendly, proactive, and comfortable working independently. You will ideally have:
* A sociable, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent telephone and communication skills
* A target-driven mindset; sales or recruitment experience is an advantage
* Access to a car (preferred but not essential)
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
