Hiring for Our Client | Exhibition / Events / Fit-out Industry

Role Overview

We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in exhibition stand contracting.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, managing end-to-end client relationships, and ensuring successful project execution in collaboration with internal teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and generate new leads across corporate clients, international brands, and event organizersBuild and maintain a strong and active sales pipelineProspect through networking, referrals, and industry events

Client ManagementManage end-to-end client relationships from briefing to project deliveryUnderstand client requirements and translate them into effective stand solutionsEnsure high client satisfaction and drive repeat business

Sales & Revenue GrowthPrepare and present proposals, quotations, and client pitchesNegotiate contracts and close dealsAchieve monthly and annual sales targets

Project CoordinationWork closely with design, production, and project teamsEnsure alignment between client expectations and executionMonitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Market IntelligenceTrack competitor activities and industry trendsIdentify opportunities in new markets and exhibitionsKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of exhibition stand design & build processesProven sales experience in exhibitions, events, or fit-out industryExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to understand floor plans and basic design conceptsStrong commercial awareness and budgeting capabilityKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Revenue & SalesMonthly / Quarterly sales target achievementTotal revenue generated

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)Minimum 5 years of experience in exhibition stand contracting or related industryStrong industry network is an advantage
