We are expanding our Global Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward to new colleagues joining our team.
Responsible for delivering the Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Platform as a service, providing the digital foundation for core cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and assurance processes across Liebherr. This technology enablement role requires understanding and experience in implementing GRC governance and processes designed by the governance service team. The role reports to the Global Head of Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
LOCATION :
The working location for this position will be in Madrid city centre, where we are currently setting up a new office. Until the office is fully operational within the next few months, you will have the possibility to work flexibly from home and continue with a hybrid working model. The position is not fully remote;
onsite presence will berequired once the office is ready.

your responsibilities
1. Design and deployment of GRC platform and applications:
Capture, analyze, and implement requirements from corporate information security product and service owners, internal audit, ERM, and other stakeholders. Create and maintain documentation including user stories, workflows, assessment forms, user notifications, training materials, and features. Deliver testing, reporting, and communication to enable GRC application deployment.
2. Ownership, operations, and feature delivery of the GRC platform:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the GRC system, including data feeds, alerts, monitoring, user access, upgrades, security patches, and maintenance, with support from external managed services and cloud providers. Manage the platform roadmap and backlog in alignment with security and product owners. Coordinate testing and releases of new features across stakeholders.
3. Platform integration and interoperability:
Enable data and workflow integration with other platforms and tools (e.G., ITSM, HR, enterprise architecture). Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure interface compatibility, updates, and incident resolution.
4. Stakeholder enablement and support:
Onboard, train, and support all GRC application users. Monitor adoption levels and gather feedback for improvements.
Contributing your strengths :

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 4 years of experience delivering GRC platforms as a service in an enterprise environment
* Courses and certifications in GRC technology design and deployment
* Proficiency in English is mandatory;
German and French are aplus
* Experience in product ownership and service delivery using SAFe or similar agile methodologies, focusing on iterative, value-driven GRC platform delivery
