You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing communication strategies that foster transparency, engagement, and alignment with the company's objectives.Key Responsibilities- Content writing for internal communication : Create clear, engaging, and consistent messages for internal channels.- Coordination with international teams : Ensure smooth collaboration and alignment across global stakeholders.- Organization of corporate events : Plan and execute events that promote employee engagement and company values.- Preparation of reports and KPI tracking : Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives.Your profile- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related- Expert in Digital Communication- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role (an experience in an international environment is a plus)- Knowledge of tools such as WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp or Brevo.- Experience in organising corporate events- Proficient level of Spanish and English (C1)- Outstanding written and verbal communication, as well as good synthesising skills- Excellent project management skills- High attention to details- Public relations skills to adapt to different departments and different audiences
