What Youll Do Handle customer inquiries via phone email chat or social media
Resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions
Document actions in CRM systems and follow established protocols
Who You Are Professionally fluent in Norwegian Danish or Dutch
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Strong communication and listening skills
Calm resourceful and customer-focused
Able to work independently and in a team
Clean credit history required for banking-related roles
Willing to work rotating shifts (for Dutch eCommerce role)
