Experteer Overview
As Quality Customer Projects Expert, you drive and coordinate customer-focused initiatives within Lonza's Quality Unit. You act as a liaison across cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards, timely deliverables, and regulatory readiness. You manage product reviews, deviations, and audits while balancing customer needs with business goals. This role offers a dynamic, inclusive environment and the chance to impact how Lonza delivers compliant medicines to patients.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Represent Quality in cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution for customer projects
• Prioritize and communicate tasks within the Quality Unit to meet deadlines
• Manage Annual Product Reviews (APR), customer complaints, recalls, and lot disposition
• Monitor final product quality, manage deviations (ISA/OOC/OOT), and contribute to CPV
• Ensure inspection readiness for regulatory and customer audits
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Pharmacy (or equivalent) with 3–5 years in the pharmaceutical industry
• Solid knowledge of GMP environments and Quality Systems
• Strong English and Spanish communication, including client interactions and project management
• Good understanding of statistics and data analysis to identify trends and present findings
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a proactive, collaborative approach
