Energy Nordic is hiring a full-time Customer Service agent, with a Spanish contract.We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our busy team. Excellent organisation and communication skills are a must, alongside the ability to work together in a team.Tasks**Responsibilities**:- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies- Take the extra mile to engage customers**Requirements**:**Requirements**:- Experience in customer service is an advantage- Fluent Danish and English is a must - written and verbal- Other languages are great advantage, specifically German, Spanish or Scandinavian languages.- Eager to learn with excellent communication skills- Ability to work in a team in a busy environment**Benefits**:We support you with all the necessary training and support, also with opportunities for growth in other positions within the company.APPLY NOW
