What You Can Expect:
We are looking for a professional with a strong focus on Controlling and Business Analysis, someone who can think critically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
* Ensure autonomy in monthly reporting.
* Prepare VPM analyses and bridges without supervision.
* Maintain consistent control of monthly forecasts.
* Identify at least two process improvements or automation opportunities within the first six months.
* Build strong working relationships with local delegations and cross-functional teams.
Requirements & Competencies
Technical Requirements
* Advanced Excel skills: PowerQuery, PowerPivot, modeling, and complex functions.
* Solid experience in controlling or business analysis (minimum 3–4 years).
* Knowledge of KPIs such as GM, EBITA, VPM, variances, and results analysis.
* Proficiency in Power BI (data models + basic DAX).
* Familiarity with ERPs (ideally SAP FI/CO).
* Previous experience in monthly reporting, closing, and forecasting.
* Advanced business English.
