Your new team This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe. Ballantine’s is the 2 Scotch Whisky globally (in v olume) with a strong portfolio of products, including exciting recent innovations launched around the world. The global Ballantine’s Team is largely based in UK in Pernod Ricard’s London office, but have team members based across key drive markets, all focused on making Ballantine’s an iconic lifestyle brand, delivering impactful activity to drive growth. Location, flexible: Marseille or Madrid Your unique contribution We’re looking for a Creative Content Manager who thrives on turning insights into bold ideas which land the global strategy locally with impact. In this role, you’ll be r esponsible for the delivery of Ballantine’s assets which drive impact and effectiveness at local level by creating assets tailored to drive market specificities to make Ballantine’s brand the most desired. You’ll c ollaborate with Global Communication & Culture and Architecture & Portfolio team s, Centre of Excellence Comms & Culture team and Local Brand teams to ensure consistency & creativity, creating content that sparks engagement and strengthens brand equity. You r main areas of responsibility: Develop local creative assets based on global brand strategy and global big idea / CEP (Consumer Engagement Platform). Those assets can include: Local ATL Campaign (all media) Key digital assets (including social & influencer campaigns) Innovation launch assets, adapted to meet market needs Global strategic projects/ initiative s (as part of global project team) Implement ing Cultural activations in your markets to drive consistency, distinction and impact. This can include activating key cultural moments connected to CEP and supporting amplification and content needs Gather requirements from Global Brand Comms & Culture teams and local managers (within Market Co) regarding creative content needs and local consumer insights. Share creative brief guidelines with local marketing teams for other creative assets (e.g. Below The Line, L ast 3 F eet ) Manage relationships with creative agencies and partners (incl. cost control / A&P management) where needed Ensure developments are on-brand and on-strategy Animate brand marketing community within the cluster to create synergies and increase consistency: content sharing, consumer activation best practices. Note: The Global Brand Comms & Content team handles the big idea, terroir-specific visual assets, global sponsorship content, global brand pages, global app, and end-of-year innovation. Who you’ll be working with: Internally, you’ll work with Central Brand teams at Brand Co, Senior Marketing teams in Drive Market (Marketing and Brand Directors / Marketing Managers), C entres Of Excellence, Local & Global studio s when applicable. Community of Creative Content Managers from other Brand Cos Externally, your contacts will be Global and local creative agencies, Local representatives of global partners Your blend of talent This position could be right for you if you: Strong experience in developing global and/or local creative campaigns Strong experience in leading creative development with multiple stakeholders, including agencies Passion for culture marketing and bringing brands to life through passion points Experience working in the drive market culture, with strong understanding of wine & spirits category Local language fluent proficiency : English, Spanish and French Conviviality: the Pernod Ricard Way We have our own way of doing things.
