Key Responsibilities
* Work with data product owners and analytics delivery manager to manage demand and change requests from the business ensuring requirements are prioritised & correctly captured in the CC reporting backlog
* Act as the SME for CC reporting
* Streamline current CC reports and dashboards to align with best practices and reporting framework
* Work with relevant CC teams to support report issues where needed
* Provide functional direction, training and support to the analyst community
* Analyse requirements and design reports and Dashboards in CC to support business reporting requirements in accordance with defined design principles
* Provide assistance with reporting and analytics outside of Customer Connect as part of the overall Data Programme and analytics framework
Qualifications
* Salesforce reports & dashboard development experience
* Fluent in English.
* Experience with SuccessFactors
* Ability to analyse reporting requirements
* Highly organised and efficient
* Understanding of the insights and analytics capability within Salesforce
* Knowledge of key business processes
* Stakeholder management
* Management experience in a matrix environment
* Experience of working in a multi-national business, supporting colleagues in multiple time zones
