Key Mission: Driving Success in the CHEMICAL Sector Across EU
Reporting directly to the International Director, you will oversee operations across your designated area, ensuring efficient processes, high-quality standards, distributors performance, and outstanding customer service. Your leadership will contribute to business growth and operational excellence in alignment with company values and objectives.
Main Responsibilities in Operations Management
Lead and oversee daily operations at multiple countries ensuring adherence to sales, margin, and operational standards.
Develop, implement, and monitor annual business plans to achieve financial, quality, and service targets within the area.
Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and successfully implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and marketing teams to optimize inventory management and cost controls.
Drive operational excellence through lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives.
Develop strong relationships with retailers, distributors, stakeholders, and partners to enable business growth and brand positioning.
Lead the launch of new sites or service lines.
Prepare and present regular operational reports and strategic plans to the International executive leadership.
Qualifications: What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
At least 3 years' experience managing international sales, having experience in the EU market.
Proven record in negotiation, performance management, and the successful delivery of operational and financial targets.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Strong proficiency in enterprise management systems and tools (CRM, ERP, MS).
Flexibility to travel across sites within the assigned area.
