We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Datorama Architect to join our dynamic team.
As a Datorama Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing Datorama solutions that enhance our marketing intelligence capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Datorama within our marketing ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Data Integration & Management: Understand common data models and integration challenges across Salesforce platforms. Retain and modify existing Datorama dashboards, resolve data stream issues, and manage access and classification logic updates.
2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor paid media activity performance, communicate drops to stakeholders, align delivery and planned cost data, and support integration between media platforms and web analytics. Develop and monitor taxonomy adherence dashboards, and lead data cleansing efforts.
3. Collaboration & Communication: Work with marketing, analytics, and IT teams. Communicate requirements clearly, present dashboard designs, and provide training and support to end-users.
4. Strategic Recommendations: Identify new use cases and perform fit-gap analysis with other tools like Power BI.
Your Profile:
* Deep understanding of the Datorama platform, including data connectors, modeling, metrics, dashboards, and visualization features.
* Ability to translate complex data into clear visual stories and select appropriate chart types.
* Knowledge of data architecture principles and data flow across Salesforce clouds (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
* Experience in integrating data from these sources to create comprehensive dashboards for business insights.
