Experteer Overview As Regional Sales Manager for German markets, you will lead a high-performing inside sales team to hit and exceed targets within SiteMinder’s open hotel commerce platform. You’ll onboard, coach and develop new starters and existing reps while shaping regional growth and forecasting. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and metrics that drive customer acquisition. - Manage and coach a team of full-cycle sales executives

- Understanding of the SaaS sales cycle
- Proficiency with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and ability to run reports

- Track record of setting targets and achieving/exceeding them
- Excellent coaching skills with diverse teams
- Hospitality tech experience is a plus
- Strong written and oral communication in German and English (full professional proficiency)
