We are looking for a
Senior Backend Engineer
to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the backend systems that power our core products used by multinational clients.
What You Will Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using
Java and Spring Boot
.
- Build and evolve
RESTful APIs
consumed by internal and external clients.
- Work on system architecture, performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and actively participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments.
- Help improve engineering standards, tooling, and backend best practices.
- Share knowledge and mentor other engineers as part of a strong engineering culture.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong professional experience as a
Backend or Fullstack Engineer
, with a clear focus on backend development.
- Solid knowledge of
Java, Spring Boot
, and backend architecture patterns.
- Experience designing and consuming
REST APIs
.
- Understanding of scalable systems, data consistency, and performance considerations.
- Ability to take ownership of backend components and deliver high-quality solutions autonomously.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Interest in continuous learning and improving both individual and team performance.
