Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are launching flights to La Palma this Summer 2026 and are looking for a Passenger Service Agent Supervisor to join our Ground Operations team and create memorable experiences for our customers.

What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work as a team
- Fluent in Spanish and intermediate/fluent in English
- Adaptable and positive approach
- Proven track record of leading and motivating others in a management or supervisory role
- Excellent customer service skills in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to handle challenging situations such as flight delays and disruptions

- Create memories – deliver outstanding customer service that meets customer needs and promotes brand values.
- Be present – act as an ambassador for our safety‑first culture and drive this culture in every aspect of the role.
- Take responsibility – implement and adhere to Jet2.com’s policies, procedures, quality standards and safe practices; responsible for safety reporting using The Hub.
- Work as one team – collaborate with internal colleagues, third‑party providers, and Flight Deck and Cabin Crew teams to ensure the best customer experience.
